Dr. Yoshio Ishibashi is associate professor of Department of Immunobioloby, Meiji Pharmaceutical University. Dr. Ishibashi's research interests include immunological aspects of host-fungi interaction, particularly roles of keratinocytes in superficial fungal infections. Recently Dr. Ishibashi has also been involved in studies of roles of Malassezia colonization in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis. Recent publications: 3.Secretion of thymic stromal lymphopoietin from human keratinocytes in response to Malassezia yeasts. Ishibashi Y, Sugawara K, Sugita T, Nishikawa A.
