Daniela Foti has got a Ph.D. degree in endocrinological and metabolic sciences from University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy. Foti is an Associate Professor of clinical pathology, University Magna Græcia of Catanzaro, Catanzaro, Italy. Foti's research interests are pathophysiology of insulin action, role of HMGA1 in the regulation of genes involved in glucose metabolism, inflammatory profile in selected pathological states, new potential biomarkers, and new methodologies in the field of metabolism.
