Wei Li
Wei Li received the B.E. and M.E. degrees
in telecommunication engineering from the
Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,
in 1995 and 1998, respectively.
He is now a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical
and Computer Engineering Department at
the University of Victoria. He is a student
member of the IEEE. His research interests
include spread spectrum communications,
diversity for wireless communications, and
cellular communication systems.
