Yu Chun Lone

Yu Chun Lone was born in Hong Kong in 1956. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Université Paris VII in 1988. In the same year, Lone was recruited in CNRS as Permanent Researcher position and in 1992, he accessed to Senior Researcher position. He managed research team at Pasteur Institute Paris From 1992-2007 then at INSERM U1014 in Hôpital Paul Brousse at Villejuif. Dr. Lone worked on antibodies engineering by molecular biology (humanization), T-cell receptor, and peptide/MHC interaction (TCR repertoire), and finally he developed humanized mice carrying human specificity (HLA restricted) cellular immunity.
