Morin Dehan was born in Charleroi, Belgium, in 1977. He obtained the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in applied sciences from the Université Catholique de Louvain, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, in 1999 and 2003, respectively. During this period, he was involved in the modeling of silicon-on-isolator (SOI) active and passive integrated components for high frequency application. In 2003, he joined the IEMN, Lille, France. He contributed to the modeling and characterization of low Schottky barrier MOSFET fabricated on SOI technology. Since 2004, he has been working at IMEC, Belgium, where He worked on modeling and on the optimization of passive components, fabricated in a CMOS process, for analog and RF application, and he was involved in the setup of process design kits for path-finding analysis on advanced technology options, including 3D designs, vertical FETs, and CMOS/MEMS cointegration.
