Hari Prasad Dasari is an atmospheric scientist having expertise with the high-resolution numerical models to simulate and understand the atmospheric processes from local scale to regional scales. He is also having working experience with air pollution dispersion modelling to understand the concentration of air pollution and the probable causes for the higher concentrations. He worked in India, Poland, and USA, and recently he joined the University of Evora, Evora, Portugal under CIENCIA-2008 program to strengthen and initiate his research activity at the Centro de Geofisica (CG/UE). He visited France, Indonesia, Italy, Poland, USA, and Japan to participate in different international conferences, and he published more than 50 papers in journals and conference proceedings. Dasari is awarded his Ph.D. degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India, on modelling of tropical cyclones which is one of the most natural disaster. He was awarded Dr. B.N. Desai Award, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research Senior Research Fellow and Department of Science and Technology Young Scientist Award from the Government of India.
