Abdeltif Amrane

Abdeltif Amrane has been serving as an engineer in chemical engineering (since 1987), doctor in process engineering (since 1991), associate professor (since 1993), thesis director enabling degree (since 1998), and professor (since 2001). He serves as the Manager of the Group Physico-Chemical and Biological Treatment Processes within the CIP team, and the Head of the Department of Chemistry, Technological Institute, University of Rennes 1. His research topics deal with coupled processes for air and water treatment coupling physicochemical processes and biological treatment. In addition to the thematic of this project, namely, the coupling of “electrochemical and biological processes for the treatment of wastewaters containing persistent organic pollutants, ” his second main research topic deals with the coupling of “ absorption and biological treatment coupling for VOC treatment. ” He has published more than one hundred and thirty international papers.
