Cecilia M. Creus
Cecilia M. Creus serves as a Professor in agronomy sciences at Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, and B.A.E. degree in biology from Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since 2000, Creus Has been holding the position of Professor in Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias, UNMDP and has served as a Full Time Scientific Researcher. The areas of research cover the following topics: plant–microbe interaction, with emphasis on plant growth promoting bacteria; soil microbial ecology; abiotic stress on plants and crops; nitric oxide signaling in plants and bacteria. Her main research interest is related to the study of the basic mechanisms involved in plant growth promotion by Azospirillum sp.
