Kianoush Nazarpour

Kianoush Nazarpour is a Research Fellow at Behavioural Brain Sciences Centre, School of Psychology, The University of Birmingham, UK, from September 2007 while being a third year Ph.D. candidate at the Centre of Digital Signal Processing, Cardiff University. He received the M.S. and B.S. degrees both in electrical engineering from Tarbiat Modarres University and KN Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2005 and 2003, respectively. He is a student member of the IEEE. His primarily research interests include biomedical signal processing, statistical pattern recognition, and blind source separation with applications to brain-computer interfacing (BCI) and neuromuscular rehabilitation.
