Pierre Pouget received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in cognitive psychology from Université Paris V René Descartes, Paris, France, in 2000 and 2004, respectively. He worked as a Research Associate from 2004 to 2008 in Jeffrey D. Schall Laboratory, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA. He works on neurophysiological recordings in awake behaving monkey (single and multiunits, local field potentials). His anatomical studies include species, such as galagoes, macaques, and rats. Dr. Pouget served as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant from 2008 to 2010 in the Centre de Recherche de l' Institut du Cerveau et de la Moelle Epinière, UMR 975, Hôpital de la Pitié-Salpètrière, Paris, France. He is a Fulltime Researcher since 2010 in CNRS (CR1), Centre de Recherche de l' Institut du Cerveau et de la Moelle Epinière, UMR 975, Hôpital de la Pitié-Salpètrière.
