Ru-Yuan Yang, holder of a Ph.D. degree, serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Material Engineering at the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. Her areas of expertise include semiconductor physics and device, phosphor materials applied in white LED, dye-sensitized solar cell applications, and Si-base thin-film solar PV. She has been serving as the PI and Co-PI of many government- and company-funded projects. She has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, few books, and book chapters.
