Wen-Cheng Liu obtained his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Agricultural Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taiwan. Currently, he serves as a Professor in the Department of Civil and Disaster Prevention Engineering, National United University, Miaoli, Taiwan. His areas of expertise include water quality and ecosystem modeling; numerical simulation, field measurement, environmental sciences, and environmental engineering.
