Guozhu Dong

Guozhu Dong is a professor at Wright State University. He has authored over 100 articles and a book on Sequence Data Mining, and edited a book on Contrast Data Mining and Applications. He has been granted 4 US patents. He is a recipient of the Best Paper Award from the 2005 IEEE ICDM. He is best known for his research on first-order incremental maintenance of transitive-closure like views and on contrast/emerging pattern mining and applications, and for his leading role in the area of Contrast Data Mining. He is a senior member of both IEEE and ACM.
