Guor-Cheng Fang

Guor C. Fang holds a Ph.D. degree in environmental engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Ill, USA. He is a Professor and the President of the Department of Safety, Health and Environmental Engineering, Hungkuang University, Sha-Lu, Taichung, Taiwan. He was the Dean of the academic affairs at Hungkuang University (from 1997 to 2001) and the Chief of the Environmental Engineering Department, Hungkuang University, (from 1996 to 1997). He was a Visiting Professor at University of Michigan at Ann Arbor (2008) and a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University (2009). He has expertise in ambient air toxic pollutants (metallic elements, ionic species, PAHs, PCBs, mercury, and arsenic) monitoring and dry deposition modeling. He is on the editorial board of several journals including the Journal of Atmospheric Sciences, The Scientific World JOURNAL, Sustainable Environment Research (SER), Soil and Sediment Contamination (SCI), Journal of Disaster Advances (SCI), and Journal of Atmospheric Aerosols Quality Research (SCI).
