Mitsuyoshi Onoda

Mitsuyoshi Onoda was born on August 19, 1951. He received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from Himeji Institute of Technology, Kobe City, Japan, in 1975 and 1977, respectively. He received the D.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Osaka University, in 1983. In 1994-1995, he worked at Alan G. MacDiarmid (in 2000, Nobel Prize in Chemistry) laboratory at Department of Chemistry, University of Pennsylvania, USA, as a Postdoctoral Researcher on organic devices based on conjugated polymers. In 2000, he worked as a Professor at Faculty of Engineering, Himeji Institute of Technology. In 2004, he moved to Graduate School of Engineering, University of Hyogo, as a Professor. His main research focuses on functional organic material for optoelectronic devices. Especially, he is making a dynamical study of the electrochemical phenomena of interface.
