Hong Zhou

Hong Zhou received a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Tex, USA, in 1999. Currently, he serves as a Full Professor at the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Calif, USA, and as the Director of the Electron Imaging Center for Nanomachines in the California NanoSystems Institute at UCLA. Zhou's expertise is in the areas of cryoelectron microscopy, virology, and bioinformatics.
