Yigal Dror received a medical degree and Paediatrics from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel. He is the Director of the Marrow Failure and Myelodysplasia Program, Division of Haematology/Oncology, SickKids Hospital, Toronto. He is also a scientist at the Cell Biology Program at the Research Institute, SickKids. His main clinical and research interest is bone marrow failure and development of MDS and leukemia. He is also the principle Investigator of the national, multicenter Canadian Inherited Marrow Failure Registry (CIMFR).
