Harish Garg is a Lecturer at the School of Mathematics and Computer Applications, Thapar University, Patiala, India. He graduated from the Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab, India, in 2008 and received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, Roorkee, India, in 2013. He has published over 39 research articles in reputable international journals since 2009 which include Applied Soft Computing, Computer and Industrial Engineering, Computer and Operations Research, Expert Systems with Applications, ISA Transactions, International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based System, Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems, Japan Journal of Industrial and Applied Mathematics, Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization, International Journal of Reliability Quality and Safety Engineering, and International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management. Garg has also published one book chapter. His current research areas include fuzzy reliability analysis, reliability optimization, fuzzy optimization, and maintenance analysis.
