H. P. Kok

H. P. Kok received an M.S. degree in computational science from Utrecht University, Rome, Italy, and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Currently, she works as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Academic Medical Center of the University of Amsterdam and works on development and application of treatment planning software for hyperthermia. Her 10-year experience in hyperthermia research covers a wide variety of topics including applicator modelling for locoregional, superficial and intraluminal hyperthermia, verification of treatment planning, thermal modelling, discrete vasculature modelling, optimization techniques, and biological modelling.
