Frank Slomka

Frank Slomka studied electrical engineering
and microelectronics at the Technical
University of Braunschweig, Germany. After
receiving the diploma degree in 1993,
he was with the Bosch Telecom. At Bosch,
he worked as a software Engineer for digital
cordless telephone systems (DECT). From
1996 to 2001, he was with the Rapid Prototyping
and Hardware/Software-Co-Design
group (Computer Networks and Communication
Systems chair), University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. From
2001 to 2002, he was a member of the research staff at the group
DATE at the University of Paderborn. Since 2003, he is an Assistant
Professor for embedded system design at the University of Oldenburg.
