Hironobu Ihn

Hironobu Ihn was born on June 27, 1964 in Kobe, Japan. In 1998, he received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan and in 1990 he received an M.D. degree from the same university. Since 2005, he serves as a Professor and Chairman at the Department of Dermatology and Plastic Surgery, Faculty Life Sciences, Kumamoto University, Kumamoto, Japan. In 2005, he served as an Associate Professor at the Department of Dermatology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. From 2001 till 2005, he served as a Lecturer at the Department of Dermatology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. From 1991 till 1992, he was a Clinical Fellow at the Department of Dermatology, Kousei General Hospital, Tokyo, Japan and in 1990 and 1991, he served as an Assistant at the Department of Dermatology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. He received the Japan Rheumatism Foundation Award in 2006, the Japanese Society of Investigative Dermatology Award in 2005, and the Japanese Society of Connective Tissue Research Award in 2001.
