Letha Hughes Etzkorn

Letha Hughes Etzkorn received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She is an Associate Professor at the Computer Science Department of the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Her primary research areas are in software engineering, primarily software metrics and program comprehension, and mobile and intelligent agents. She is a Senior Member of the IEEE. She has served on several program committees, including IEEE International Conference on Program Comprehension and IASTED International Conference on Software Engineering and Applications, and as a Program Chair of the 2004 ACMSE Conference. She served as a Guest Editor (with Tim Menzies) of a special issue on information retrieval in software engineering for Empirical Software Engineering. She currently serves as a Member of the Editorial Boards of the International Journal of Computers and Applications and Advances in Software Engineering.
