Huanbiao Mo serves as an Associate Professor of Nutrition and Food Sciences in the Texas Women’s University, USA. His research interests include the bone protective and anticancer effects of tocotrienol and blueberry polyphenols. He has published his work in reputable journals like Pancreas, Journal of Nutrition and Experimental Biology and Medicine. He serves with the Editorial Board of ISRN Oncology, World Journal of Gastroenterology, World Journal of Gastrointestinal Pathophysiology, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and the Journal of Nutritional Disorder and Therapy. In 2011, he was honored as a Visiting Professor at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, and a Scholarship Award from the College of Health Sciences, Texas Woman’s University.
