Michael Woodward, M.B., B.S., M.D., and F.R.A.C.P. degrees, serves as an associate professor. He serves as a geriatrician and Director of Aged Care, Austin Health, Heidelberg, Australia, where he Heads a Busy Memory Disorders Clinic and a Clinical Cognitive Research Unit. His publications cover the breadth of geriatric medicine and include dementia (with a particular interest in the frontal variant of Alzheimer's disease), quality use of medications, adult vaccination, and wound management. Woodward serves as a Fellow at the Australian and New Zealand Society for Geriatric Medicine, the Australian Association of Gerontology, the Australian Wound Management Association, and the International College of Geriatric Psychoneuropharmacology. He serves also as a Member of the Board of Alzheimer's Australia Vic and Joint Editor of Wound Practice and Research as well as Geriatric Therapeutics in the Journal Pharmacy Practice and Research.
