Pasi A. Karjalainen

Pasi A. Karjalainen received the Ph.D. degree
in 1997 from the University of Kuopio,
Finland. Since 1988, he has been working
in University of Kuopio as Researcher and
in Kuopio University Hospital as Physicist.
He is currently a Professor in the Department
of Physics and he is leading the Research
Group of Biomedical Signal Analysis
and Medical Imaging. His research areas include
biomedical signal analysis and medical
imaging applications. Most of his work has been concerned with
application of Bayesian and regularization methods to biomedical
problems.
