Enbin Song received a B.S. degree from Shandong Normal University, Jinan, China, in 2002. In 2007, he received a Ph.D. degree from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China. He currently works as an Associate Professor in the College of Mathematics of Sichuan University. He served as a Visiting Scholar at School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, from September 2007 to January 2008. From February 2008 to March 2010, he was a Postdoctoral at Department of Computer Science, Sichuan University in China, and from April 2010 to May 2011, he was a Postdoctoral at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Minnesota. From May 2011, he serves as an Associate Professor in the College of Mathematics, Sichuan University. Song is a coauthor of the book Networked Multisensor Decision and Estimation Fusion: Based on Advanced Mathematical Methods. His main research interests are in information processing and optimization and its application, including multisensor estimation and decision fusion theory; the theory of multiuser wireless communications, particularly, with an emphasis on the applications of optimization techniques to the design of multicommunication systems; information theory; and application of convex optimization in signal processing.
