Sang-Soo Oh

Sang-Soo Oh was born in Jeju, Korea, in 1959. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Metal Engineering, Kyoto university, in 1992. Since 1992, he works at the Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute as a Principal Researcher. He is mainly interested in high-temperature superconductor, fabrication of ReBCO-coated conductor, evaluation of electromechanical property, and a growth mechanism of ReBCO films. He is a Board Member of the Korea Institute of Applied Superconductivity and Cryogenics (KIASC). He served as a Secretary of the ICEC22-ICMC2008 Conference in Seoul, Korea, and as an International Organizing Member of international workshop on coated conductors for applications in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.
