Hong Zhou

Hong Zhou was born in China. She got her B.S. degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1991. She received her Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Calif, USA, in 1996. From 1996 to 1999, she was a Postdoc Fellow at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC, USA. After that she taught at University of California, Santa Cruz, Calif, USA, for five years. Since 2004, she has been a Faculty Member of Naval Postgraduate School. She is currently an Associate Professor of applied mathematics. Her research interests include complex fluids, applied analysis, and physically related mathematically problems.
