Adina Luminita Sasu
Adina Luminita Sasu graduated with honors at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, West University of Timişoara, Timişoara, Romania. Her Ph.D. thesis entitled “The asymptotic behaviour of linear skew-product flows” was prepared under the scientific coordination of Professor M. Megan. Since 1998, Sasu is a permanent Member of the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, West University of Timişoara. Her research interest focuses on the asymptotic behavior of evolution equations in infinite-dimensional spaces and their applications in control theory as well as on the qualitative theory of difference equations in infinite-dimensional spaces and the controllability of systems of difference equations. Sasu published over 60 scientific papers in pure and applied mathematics and 9 books. She is a Member of the International Society of Difference Equations, American Mathematical Society, European Mathematical Society, and Romanian Mathematical Society. She is also a Member of the Editorial Boards of Advances in Dynamical Systems and Applications and Annals of West University of Timisoara. For more details see www.math.uvt.ro/~sasu.
