Edward Mikuli

Edward Mikuli was born in October 13, 1945 in Kraków, Poland. He got his M.S. degree in chemistry in 1969, his Ph.D. degree in 1976, and his D.S. degree in 1997 all from Jagiellonian University, Kraków, Poland. In 2007, he served as a Professor of chemical sciences at Jagiellonian University. He occupied the post of Head of the Chemical Physics Department in the Faculty of Chemistry at Jagiellonian University. His experiments are dealing with IR, RS, NMR, neutron scattering spectroscopes, calorimetry, thermal analysis, X-ray, and neutron diffraction, investigating phase transitions mainly in mixed organic-inorganic ionic coordination compounds. He is a coauthor of 70 publications in international scientific journals and in 16 books.
