Dr. Franciškovic-Bilinski has received Ph.D. in Geology (2005), from University of Zagreb, Thesis titled "Geochemistry of stream sediments in Kupa River drainage basin.“ In 2001 he received the M.Sc. in Oceanography from University of Zagreb, Thesis titled “Weathering of silicate rocks investigated on example of estuarine sediments of river Öre, (Northern Sweden)” In 1997 he recived B.Sc. in Geology and Geography at Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, B.Sc. Thesis titled “Mineralogical and chemical characterization of model and natural carbonate samples.” Professional employment: In 2011 - Higher research associate, at position of Research associate, Division for marine and environmental research, „Ruder Boškovic“ Institute, Zagreb, Croatia.
