Georgios Sideridis serves as an Associate Professor of research methods and applied statistics at the Department of Psychology, University of Crete. He has acted as a Research Scientist with the Center for Social Development and Education at UMASS Boston and as a Research Associate Professor of research methods at the Department of Psychology at the same university. He received his Ph.D. degree in developmental and child psychology from the University of Kansas and did postdoctoral work on educational psychology at the Aristotle University. He has published more than 120 articles in many academic journals and works as an Associate Editor of the Hellenic Journal of Psychology. He is in the editorial boards of several journals and has served as an Ad Hoc Reviewer for several others. He has also served as a Guest Editor developing special topical issues for international journals and has edited three books on best practices in LD through LDW.
