Sylvio May

Sylvio May received the Physics Diploma from Friedrich-Schiller University Jena, Germany, in 1993; the Ph.D. degree in physics from Friedrich-Schiller University Jena, Germany, in 1996; the Habilitation in biophysics from Friedrich-Schiller University Jena, Germany, in 2002. Sylvio serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Physics, North Dakota State University. Sylvio fields of research interest and experience include physical properties of lipid membranes, interactions of biopolymers with lipid membranes, electrostatics, Poisson-Boltzmann theory, and kinetics of drug delivery.
