Sanyi Tang
Dr.Tang is interested in the nonlinear dynamic systems arising in biology, economics, and life sciences. Of particular research interest is at the interface of Mathematical biology. He focuses on formulate and investigate testable mathematical models which capture key biological processes and shows how they are orchestrated. Model applications include the following topics: population dynamics, epidemic models, integrated pest management and model inference. He has many years of experience in developing hybrid, impulsive and Filippov differential equation models and analytical methods for integrated pest management research and HIV/AIDS research.
