Raffaella Calati

Raffaella Calati, born on April 30, 1980, holds Psy.D. and Ph.D. degrees. She serves as a Research Fellow and Lecturer in Psychiatry at the Institute of Psychiatry, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy. Calati has been involved in several research programs mainly investigating the role of personality and clinical and genetic factors in the susceptibility of psychiatric disorders, particularly affective disorders, suicidal behavior, and treatment-resistant depression characteristics. She has collaborated in more than 50 studies published in peer-reviewed journals and she serves as a reviewer for more than 15 international journals.
