Hans Sanderson

Hans Sanderson was born in 1968 in Ipswich, England. He received his M.A. degree in 1998 from Roskilde University and his Ph.D. degree in environmental toxicology and risk assessment in 2002 also from the same university. From 2002 to 2004, he did his postdoctoral studies in environmental biology at University of Guelph, Canada, under Professor K. Solomon. From 2004 to 2006, he worked as the Director of Environmental Safety at the US Soap and Detergent Association in Washington DC. Since 2006, he has worked as a Senior Scientist for the Danish National Environmental Research Institute at Aarhus University. He has since 2002 published 44 peer-reviewed papers and 6 peer-reviewed book chapters. He serves as a Regular Reviewer for more than 25 international journals, and he is a Member of the editorial boards of Integrated Environmental Assessment and Management, American Journal of Analytical Chemistry, and the ISRN Ecology. His H-index is 14, and he has more than 450 scientific citations. He is a Member of SETAC and ACS.
