Luciana Rocha Barros Gonçalves

Luciana Rocha Barros Gonçalves received her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de São Carlos, Brazil, in 2001. She is an associate professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering at Universidade Federal do Ceará and she has experience in chemical engineering, with emphasis on Biochemical Processes, mainly in the following subjects: Engineering of enzymatic reactions, immobilization of enzymes, development of fermentation processes and modeling and simulation of biological process.
