Ayman M. Goudah received his Ph.D. degree (June 1999) in veterinary pharmacology from Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt, and his M.S. (May 1996) and B.S. (May 1991) degrees in veterinary sciences from the same university. Goudah worked as Visiting Associate Professor (May 2010–July 2011) at College of Pharmacy, Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA, and served as Visiting Scholar (April 2009–April 2010) at College of Medicine, Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA . He currently occupies the position of Professor (July 2009 to present) at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt, and was previously Assistant Professor (April 2009–April 2010) at the same place. Goudah is an exceptional scholar with expertise in small animal models (mice and rat), pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamic, drug residues, biotransformation of new drugs in different animal species, molecular genetics, screening the pharmacological action of new compounds (anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, anticonvulsant, etc.) looking for a challenging position, and developing analytical HPLC techniques for drug analysis, literature screening, and molecular biology. Goudah did his Postdoctoral Research at Facultad de Ciencias Veterinarias, Universidad Nacional del Centro, Campus Universitario, Tandil, Argentina, in May 2001.
