Siow-Ann Chong

Siow-Ann Chong received an MBBS degree from in 1986, a Master of Medicine in psychiatry in 1992 both from the National University of Singapore, Singapore. In 1996 he earned a Fellow of Academy of Medicine degree (Specialist Roll). He received a D.M. degree from the National University of Singapore in 2008. He served as the Vice Chairman of the Medical Board (Research), a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at the Institute of Mental Health, a Clinical Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore, and a Senior Clinician-Scientist Investigator at the National Medical Research Council. His research interests include early psychosis, psychiatric epidemiology, and health service research.
