Yanbin Li obtained his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Shenyang Agricultural University, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and Pennsylvania State University, respectively. Currently he is serving as a Professor and Tyson Endowed Chair in Biosensing Engineering at the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering at the University of Arkansas. His research interests are biosensors for detection of biological and chemical agents and microbial predictive model and risk assessment simulation. He is a fellow of ASABE and a member of ASEE, ACS, BMES, IAFP, IBE, IEEE, and IFT.
