Abraham Berman

Abraham Berman obtained the M.S. degree in mathematics in 1968, from the Technion, and the Ph.D degree in applied mathematics from the Northwestern University in 1970. Currently, he serves as a Professor of mathematics and as the Academic Israel Pollak Chair at the Technion. He headed the Department of Education in Technology and Science, the Technion Pre-University Education Center, the Israeli Society for Research on and Promotion of Giftedness. His research interests include nonnegative matrices, spectral graph theory, creativity and giftedness, and mathematics education.
