Celine Meredieu received her M.S. degree in ecology from the Université Aix-Marseille III, France, and Ph.D. degree in forest biometry from the University Claude Bernard Lyon I, France, in 1994 and 1998, respectively. Her subject area is forestry. She teaches at the University of Bordeaux. Her research interests include tree architecture measurements and modeling, modeling tree growth and the relationships with wood properties and sustainable indicators, and development of management tools.
