Claudio Graiff was born on March 17, 1954 in Bolzano, Italy. Graiff recieved the D.Ch. and B.M. degrees from the University of Pavia, Italy, in 1987. Then, Graiff specialized in radiotherapy at the University of Modena, Italy, in 1993. Graiff worked as a Medical Oncologist (Consultant) at the Civic Hospital, Cles, Italy, and has been appointed as the Head of the Division of Medical Oncology in 1999. Graiff also worked as a Professor at the Superior School of Sanity, University of Verona, and at the Catholic University. In the past, Graiff was a Teacher at Scuola Italiana di Senologia. Graiff is the author and coauthor of about 130 published scientific works and three books concerning breast cancer diagnosis and management. Graiff is a Member of the Ethics Committee A.S. Bolzano and a member of scientific associations, such as AIOM, ESMO, and AIRO SIE. Graiff participated in the Italian Horizon Scanning project and was a coworker in national and international cooperative study groups. In addition, Graiff was an advisor for the Journal of Clinical Trial Magnifier and a peer reviewer for the Journal of Oncology. Graiff’s research interests include medical treatment of mammary and gastrointestinal carcinomas (adjuvant, primary, and palliative).
