Università degli studi di Pavia, Italy

DANIELE DONDI graduated from the University of Pavia (Italy) in 2000. He obtained the Ph.D. degree in Chemistry in 2003 from the University of Pavia, IT (Prof. A. Albini) with a work on photocatalysis. During his postdoctoral research at Department of Organic Chemistry (University of Pavia) DD developed a new photocatalyst while he gained experience on photodegradation and computational photochemistry. In 2008 he become adjunct researcher and his research interest moved to radiation chemistry. In 2011-2012 DD was adjunct professor of chemistry for engineers. His main research interests are organic photochemistry and radiation chemistry aimed to the study of reaction mechanisms. From 2008 he worked on polymeric materials and studied the effect of radiation in grafting, curing and degradation for applied research on fuel cells and tyres. He acts as a reviewer for high impact factor international journals of all major publishers: Wiley, RSC, ACS, Elsevier.
