Wenjea Tseng serves as a Professor at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, the National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. He received his M.S. degree (1989) and his Ph.D. degree (1992) in materials science from the University of Rochester, USA. He then worked at the Isuzu Ceramics Research Institute, Japan, from 1992 to 1995 and at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, Taiwan, from 1995 to 1997, before becoming an Assistant Professor in 1998, an Associate Professor in 1999, and a Full Professor in 2004. His research interests include colloidal chemistry, shaping of ceramics, and synthesis of functional ceramics and mesoporous materials.
