Tom den Heijer

Tom den Heijer was born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He received his medical degree cum laude in 2003 and in 2004 his PhD at Erasmus MC, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. From 2004 onwards he is a post doctoral fellow at the Department of Epidemiology at Erasmus MC, with a main interest in MRI imaging in dementia. Since 2010 he is a neurologist in Sint Franciscus Gasthuis, Rotterdam.
