Jia L. Zhuo holds M.D. and Ph.D. degrees. He serves as a Senior Staff Investigator, Associate Professor, and Director of Receptor and Signal Transduction Laboratory. He served as a Member of the New York Academy of Sciences, USA since 1997, a Member of AAAS, an International Fellow at the Council for High Blood Pressure Research, American Heart Association, USA since 2000, a Member of the American Physiological Society, USA since 2001, and a Member of the American Society of Hypertension since 2004. He also served as a Member of the American Society of Nephrology since 2004, a Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Hypertension (International Society of Hypertension and European Society of Hypertension, 2004-2007), a Temporary Member of NIH/Center For Scientific Review (CSR) Hypertension and Microcirculation Study Section (2008-), a Temporary Member of NIH/CSR Special Review Panel on Circulation Regulation and Pathophysiology (ZRG1-CVS-F-90S) (since 2008).
