Tatsushi Mutoh

Dr Mutoh has received his DVM and PhD in veterinary science in The University of Tokyo during the period of 1995-1998 and MD in Kobe University Graduate School of Medicine during the period of 2000-2004. He has completed postdoctoral fellowship in Department of Pediatrics and Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, University of California at Davis during the period of 1998-2000. Currently, he is working as staff scientist & neurosurgeon in Research Institute for Brain and Blood Vessels-Akita. He is a member of American Heart Association, Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Academy of Neurology, Japan Neurosurgical Society, and Japanese Association for Acute Medicine. He is currently supported by research grants from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), Akita Prefecture, and Edwards Lifesciences Japan. He has authored for 70 peer-reviewed research articles/abstracts and serves as a reviewer for 10 peer-reviewed journals.
