Stamatios Theocharis

Stamatios Theocharis was born in Samos, Greece, in 1964. He received M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the Medical School of University of Athens. He works presently as an Associate Professor at the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at the same Institution. He performed post-graduate studies in USA and France. He works as Pathologist and mainly interested in the research areas of pathology and toxicology. His research focuses on the clinical evaluation of novel biomarkers and molecular mediators in toxicity and cancer and has more than 150 publications in such scientific areas.
