Bahire Filiz Senkal

Bahire Filiz Senkal is a Full Professor of chemistry at Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey. She graduated from Department of Chemical Engineering, Istanbul Technical University in 1988. She received her M.S. (1991) and Ph.D. (1996) degrees from Department of Chemistry, Istanbul Technical University. She has published about 85 original research papers in different peer-reviewed international journals. Her research interests involve synthesis of polymeric sorbent for removal of organic and inorganic wastes, polymer modification, and polymer chemistry.
